  • We do not guarantee that all report information is fully complete, error-free, or current at all times.

  • Vehicle history data may vary depending on country, database availability, and reporting sources.

  • VINTRACEREPORT is not responsible for decisions made based on report information.

Reports are intended for informational purposes only.

3. Payments

All payments must be made in full before a report is generated and delivered.

We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions safely. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amount.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final.

VINTRACEREPORT does NOT provide refunds, returns, cancellations, or charge reversals once a report has been generated, processed, or delivered.

By purchasing a report, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital reports are delivered instantly or electronically

  • Services cannot be returned once accessed

  • Refund requests will not be accepted for completed orders

If there is a technical issue, missing information, incorrect formatting, or report delivery problem, our support team will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to resolve it. This may include correcting the report or reprocessing the request if necessary.

However, issue resolution does NOT qualify for a refund.

5. User Responsibilities

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact our support team before opening any payment dispute or chargeback.

Submitting false chargebacks after receiving a delivered digital report may be considered fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to submit all delivery records, IP logs, timestamps, and report access records as evidence during payment disputes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website and services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
